Shipping within Canada and the United States is included in the product price
Rings ship from Bobcaygeon, Ontario, Canada
Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks before shipment
Rush Order (+$100 CAD) prioritizes production — typically about 1 week
You will receive tracking information when your order ships

International orders

We primarily ship to Canada and the US. For other destinations, contact us before ordering at ringandgroveco@gmail.com.

Returns

Only unworn 8mm width rings may be returned
Narrower or wider widths are final sale
Engraved, customized, or worn rings cannot be returned or exchanged
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return

Repairs, resizes, and service listings

Some products on this site (warranty repair, return shipping, resize fees) are service listings for customers we have already spoken with. Do not purchase those unless we directed you to. See our Warranty page for repair coverage.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your ring arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We will make it right.
