By using ringandgrove.co or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products
All rings are handcrafted from natural materials. Wood grain, colour, and character vary ring to ring — that is part of the craft. Product photos are representative; your ring will be individually made.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. Shipping within Canada and the US is included in product prices. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout on this website.
Made-to-order production
Rings are made to order after purchase. Standard lead time is approximately 2–3 weeks. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Production times may vary during peak seasons.
Customizations
Engraving and size selections are your responsibility at checkout. Engraved or customized rings cannot be returned except where required by law.
Warranty
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers clearcoat finish and day-to-day wear touch-ups as described on our Warranty page. Structural damage, loss, and certain exclusions apply.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ring + Grove co is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
