Limited Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind every Ring + Grove ring with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the clearcoat finish.

What's Covered

• • Free touch-ups for day-to-day wear and tear
• • Small scratches, nicks, dings, dents, or chips
• • Clearcoat damage

Structural Repairs

If the ring is damaged beyond day-to-day wear, we charge a repair fee of $100.

What's NOT Covered (The Limited Part)

• • Personally engraved rings cannot be exchanged
• • Loss of the ring
• • Size changes due to hand swelling or weight gain
• • Cracks or breaks from impact
• • Damage from misuse or manufacturing defects not our fault
• • Exposure to harsh chemicals (chlorine, adhesives, salt water, acetone, hand sanitizer)
• • Damage from lack of maintenance

Resizing Policy

We offer free resizing up to 1/2 size up or down. For resizing larger than 1/2 size, a new ring is remade at 50% of the retail value, and you keep the original ring.

Return Policy

Each ring is made to order. You have 7 days after delivery to let us know if the ring is right for you. To return a ring, it must be in perfect condition as received.

No Returns Accepted On:

• • Rings with modifications to the design
• • Rings with engravings
• • Rushed orders
• • Rings wider than 8mm that have been worn

Cancellation Fee

30% of the retail value if cancelled 7 days or more after the sale.
